Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StarPort ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. What StarPort Is
StarPort is a multichain NFT marketplace and ERC20 token spot exchange. The Platform currently operates on Soneium and JFIN Chain, with support for additional chains over time. StarPort does not custody your assets — all trades are executed directly via smart contracts on each respective chain.
3. Supported Networks
- Soneium (chainId 1868) — ERC20 token exchange and NFT marketplace.
- JFIN Chain (chainId 3501) — ERC20 token exchange.
- Additional chains may be added or removed at any time. StarPort makes no guarantee of continued support for any specific network.
4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- You are solely responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.
- You must not use the Platform if prohibited by applicable law.
5. Wallet & Transactions
- You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
- All transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. StarPort cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transaction.
- You are responsible for paying all gas fees associated with your transactions on each network.
- StarPort is not responsible for transactions sent to the wrong network or address.
6. Platform Fees
- NFT sales: 5% platform fee, deducted automatically by the smart contract at execution.
- Token exchange: 0.3% fee per side (0.6% total), applied at the time of trade execution.
7. NFT Listings & Offers
- Listings and offers are created via off-chain EIP-712 signatures stored in our database.
- You may cancel a listing or offer at any time before it is executed on-chain.
- StarPort reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Token Exchange Orders
- Buy and sell orders are created via off-chain EIP-712 signed messages.
- Orders remain valid until filled, cancelled, or expired. Tokens are not locked — balance and allowance are verified at the time of execution.
- StarPort periodically removes orders where the maker no longer holds sufficient balance or allowance.
9. Token Listings
- Tokens listed on StarPort Exchange are subject to review and approval by the team.
- StarPort does not endorse or guarantee the value, legality, or security of any listed token.
- StarPort reserves the right to delist any token at any time without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
StarPort does not claim ownership of any NFTs or tokens listed on the Platform. Users represent that they have the right to list and sell the assets they offer.
11. Prohibited Activities
- Listing counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent assets.
- Wash trading or market manipulation.
- Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities.
- Attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt the smart contracts or Platform infrastructure.
- Providing false information in token listing requests.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StarPort does not guarantee uptime, accuracy of token or NFT metadata, liquidity, or the value of any digital asset on any supported chain.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarPort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including losses from smart contract bugs, market volatility, wallet compromise, or network failures on any supported chain.
14. Changes to Terms
StarPort may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
