StarPort is a decentralized platform. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the marketplace. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
2. Data We Collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide them.
3. Blockchain Data
All on-chain transactions are public by nature of the Soneium blockchain. StarPort has no control over data recorded on-chain. Wallet addresses and transaction details are permanently public.
4. Third-Party Services
- Alchemy — NFT indexing and RPC. Subject to Alchemy's privacy policy.
- Supabase — Database hosting for off-chain order data.
- Cloudflare R2 — NFT image caching (fallback only).
- WalletConnect — Wallet connection protocol.
5. Cookies & Storage
StarPort uses browser local storage to persist wallet connection state. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
6. Data Retention
Off-chain order data (listings and offers) is retained as long as needed to operate the marketplace. Invalidated orders may be purged periodically. NFT metadata cache is refreshed regularly.
7. Your Rights
As a wallet-based platform we do not maintain accounts tied to personal identity. You may request deletion of off-chain data associated with your wallet address by contacting us through official channels.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
